Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") set forth the conditions for using PicLoco (hereinafter referred to as "the App") and apply to all users of the App.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

  1. Users shall use the App only after agreeing to the Terms.
  2. The App shall be used at the user's own responsibility.
  3. The App creates quizzes based on the location information (Exif data) embedded in the photos selected by the user. Users are responsible for the accuracy and management of the photos they import.
  4. Data Management & Storage: The App processes and stores image data on the user's device. Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient storage space on their devices.

Article 3 (Subscription and Free Trial)

  1. The App offers a "Pro Plan" (Subscription) and a "Free Trial" period.
  2. The availability and duration of the Free Trial are determined by us and may be changed or terminated without prior notice.
  3. Subscription billing is handled via Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Cancellations and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies, and we do not provide direct refunds.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
  2. Attempting to interfere with the App's functions or reverse-engineering the App.
  3. Importing images that contain illegal content or infringe upon the rights (privacy, portrait rights, copyrights) of third parties.
  4. Using the App in a manner that causes excessive load on the device or its operating system.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. Accuracy of Data: We do not guarantee the accuracy of the location information used for quizzes. Errors may occur due to GPS accuracy or photo metadata.
